Convenient Base for Exploring

This place was a great spot to stay at while exploring around. I really enjoyed my time here and it didn't break the bank. 💸.

I will be back, because loved it. It has unique rooms and favourable location next to beach and supermarket and restaurant and pups. Staff is helpful. Great service, thank you. There are hypo-allergenic pillows, the beds are exceptionally comfortable. I tried some drinks at bar Otium, located 15 minutes away.

The place was fairly priced. We had a superb stay in Cagliari really close to a supermarket and a bus stop. We truly enjoyed excellent staff and host. Good value, can recommend. Beautiful apartment with a walk-in shower. Accommodating staff and no reason to complain. Unique and big room and clean bathroom. An electric kettle, a fridge, and glassware available.

the location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beautiful Poetta beach. Despite it being a popular beach, it was still spacious and enjoyable. the hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing for a late check, out. the room itself was clean and well, maintained, with amenities like a fridge and AC. I particularly loved the common garden, where I could either grab some take, out or simply relax. the owner, Matilda, was lovely and spoke excellent English. a wonderful stay at Villabeachcity Guesthouse. Cons: Can't fault the property in any way! 🌟.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and with a supermarket and bus stop nearby. the room itself was clean, well-equipped, and of a decent size. We also appreciated the availability of free street parking and the presence of a small garden on the property.

There were some negative aspects to our stay. the noise from a nearby disco and the road to the city was quite bothersome, especially during the night.
